Le Sorgenti extra-virgin olive oil has a number of distinctive characteristics: a fine green colour with golden tinges, clear with a touch of natural cloudiness; a fresh, fruity nose; a crisp, pungent aroma; an intense, olive-driven palate finishing on a bitterish, piquant note.

Analyses carried out on our last harvest  showed that our extra-virgin olive oil is a product of exceptional quality, entitled to be considered one of the foremost Tuscan oils.

The maximum acidity of our oil is 0.30%; the legal limit for extra-virgin olive oils in 0.80%.

Once opened, a bottle of oil should be used within a reasonably short time; it should always be kept well stoppered and in a dark, cool place.
